Email In Alerts

1  Create alert that need to send an email to manager when the customer created in frontend.

 After this I create a customer in front end then in backend one concurrent program will run.

 The log file shows below error.

After this I create one requisition but no concurrent program run.

But in history it shows like this

May the problem is backend setup required. So ask The DBA once Bounce the Server then you will get mail.
