Go to System Administrator Responsibility
click on Security --> User --> Define.
Query User name to whom you want to change the password. Then in password tab give any password and click on tab and again reenter password.
Then log out from current session. Login with new password. first time it will ask change password. So enter current password and enter new password two times. Now you changed the password.
